Shipping & returns
A block of rosin and a full concert guzheng cannot travel the same way, so shipping is priced by size class rather than by a single flat fee. Orders at or above the free-shipping threshold pay nothing — which covers every instrument we sell.
Shipping rates
One consignment, one fee: an order is charged for the largest item it contains.

Free over NT$ 2,000 on the main island (NT$ 4,000 offshore).
A guzheng or guqin is longer than the post office will carry, so we do not send them as ordinary parcels. We deliver them ourselves and call you beforehand to agree a time and place.
Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch within 0–1 working days of confirming payment. Delivery takes about 2–4 working days on the main island and 4–7 to the offshore islands.
Store pickup
Choose store pickup at checkout and there is no shipping fee. We let you know when it is ready, and you are welcome to play the instrument before you take it.
Returns and the inspection period
Under Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act you may cancel within 7 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason and without bearing any cost.
We collect the goods from the delivery address within 15 days of your notice, and refund what you paid within 15 days of collecting them (Article 19-2).
We pay the return carriage.
The period is for checking whether the instrument suits you, not for using it — but opening the packaging, or the small marks that inspection necessarily leaves, do not cost you the right to cancel (Enforcement Rules, Article 17).
If anything arrives faulty or damaged in transit, tell us as soon as you can and we will replace or repair it at our expense.
What the return period does not cover
Article 2 of the exceptions regulation permits the following, and only these. They are flagged again on the product page and at checkout.
- Instruments genuinely made to your own specification. Choosing among existing models or options is not custom work.
- CDs and DVDs once opened. Still returnable while sealed.
- Digital content supplied after your express consent.
Opened strings and rosin are consumables rather than personal-hygiene goods, and printed sheet music is a book rather than a periodical — both remain returnable under Taiwanese law.
Our Taipei store (1F, No. 138-1, Sec. 1, Xinsheng S. Rd., Zhongzheng District) is open for trying instruments and collecting orders. Large instruments — guzheng and guqin — we always deliver ourselves, with a call to agree a time first.
